Brand strategy and campaigns

The Seafish brand had evolved piece-by-piece and its message had become unclear – for internal and external audiences.

Following workshops with every department in the organisation, and sessions with the Exec team, we helped Seafish articulate a simple, sharp purpose – ‘to give the UK seafood sector the support it needs to thrive’.

From there we helped the team build a clearer set of values and tone of voice guide – before bringing it to life with an internal engagement campaign – ‘The sector’s biggest supporter’.

Supported by Seafish
Building on the momentum of the internal engagement campaign, we created ‘Supported by Seafish’ – an external campaign to raise awareness and understanding of what Seafish does.

As the sector’s biggest supporter, Seafish takes a backseat and instead shines the spotlight on some amazing people and businesses.

Created during the strict Covid lockdown, the films were produced 100% remotely, from virtual interviews and remote voiceover recordings, to animations created at home using archive materials.

“You’ve really helped our people understand that a brand is more than just a logo. You always ask the right questions in the right way to help us really get to the essence of what we’re trying to do. Everyone at Seafish who has worked with you comes away with a positive experience.”

Denise Fraser
Head of Communications, Seafish
